Yes this one is worth it
One of the few houses I purchased that my outside feral kitties use. This one is waterproof although I live where there's not heavy constant rain, and the two entrances make my kitties relax. It is held up over the last year so amazingly good quality for the price and was very easy to put togetherIt only took my cat's about the first week to check it out and start using it

Staying dry and the feral took right to it
This was easy to assemble, and it only took maybe five minutes. I left the clear flap doors on and stuffed it with straw to keep our little black feral cat warm. The kitty took to the cat house in only a day or two. The cat house gone through some pretty good windy rainstorms and I was happy with the performance. The straw and padded mat inside felt dry afterwards. I was prepared with some Tenacious Tape to seal the zipper (since it was reported in other reviews that the zipper was where the water came through), but found it wasn't necessary. I think the trick is to understand which direction(s) the wind normally blows when you set up the cat house. I faced the sealed side with no doors to take the brunt of the wind and placed the cat house in an area shielded by bushes, overhead trees, and other obstacles to offer protection from wind and rain. We've had 30-40 mph gusts and the stakes (that I hammered into the ground) kept the cat house from blowing away. On bitterly cold nights, I put some hand warmers on top of the mat with the straw over them to add a little heat for the poor cat. It's working well.

Amazing cat house!
When I got this box, delivered by Amazon, it was so small. Realizing that I had to put it together, which was extremely easy, I am totally impressed. I have a little stray cat and I wanted to keep him warm. I have to throw treats in there so he’ll go in there. I think he is cause the treats are disappearing. This seems to be totally waterproof, and I like the fact that it has two entrance exits. And also little legs to keep it off the ground. It seems to be well insulated as well. Thank you for making a pretty cool product. See photos. The instructions are some of the best I’ve ever seen ever. And it also comes with two tiedowns. It’s also extremely lightweight and built very well.

Unless you have an electric screw driver forget putting on the wheels
Read the reviews that said it was easy to put together. It is if you don't attach the wheels. Screws are a little large and the hole is too small. Had to use a screw driver to make the opening wider. I bought another house similar and did not problems getting the wheels on manually. What I like is the zipper to keep the roof attached. That makes up for the poor wheel design.

They love it
Outdoor cats immediately took to this. Outdoor cat houses with two exits are a must. Easy to build and holds its shape.

Comfy house for cats
A couple of my feral cats took to the house right away. I like the plastic on top to help with rain. It comes with a little pad for the inside, but I bought a self heating pad and it made the inside a little more plush. The roof looks crooked from the side, but not from the front. You zip the roof on, so it's not like you can get it crooked because of velcro placing. You can see in the pictures provided. The stands were a little hard to screw in, but overall okay. I like the house and am happy that 2 cats seem to share it.

Junk do not buy
The house looks nice but leaks and does not hold up in low temps put probe inside and was slightly warmer then outside well below freezing and gets wet after rain item has been owned less then 90 days and used less than 30. Do not buy unless you just have money to throw away.
