Q: How do I get this thing to stop leaking while brewing? The top container drips a lot into the pitcher...there's a sizable leak.

There is a stainless steel ball bearing that would stop the flow from the tea brewer. When pressing down the switch, it would lift the ball bearing up for the tea to flow down. If the ball bearing is missing, there is nothing to stop the tea from flowing down. Please contact customer@harionorthamerica.com for replacement parts.

Q: I bought the dripper on its own to use with other stuff but I want the other parts. Is the stand or server available on its own or set only?

The server stand, by itself, has been discontinued. The server is our Tea Pitcher, TPC-70, which includes a strainer and lid. The server is not sold by itself.

Nice but jug pours terribly

Great product but one design flaw which I was dissapointed in due to the price point.The jug does not pour nicely at all. You have to pour very slowly to avoid spilling and even then, that doesn't always work.
