Get medium. I a 5'9 and 175 athletic build and the medium fit me perfect!

Im 5'9 about 200 34-36 waist. Based on size guide says 2xl? How true is this?

I'm 6'4", around 190. I got a large. They fit pretty good. I have a 33 inch waist. I would only go XL for a little more length. Hope this helps.

My guess is a medium or large. I’m 5’11” about 220 and the large has some bagginess yet is still plenty tapered.
