Sadly does not work
can someone please send me a return label - I have requested 3 times - the record player does not work, power not getting on then smelt melting plastic - thank you

This stopped working after about 10 weeks
I purchased this turntable in February 2021. I have hardly used it at all, but now the records are playing at a lower speed than they should and the sound quality has become terrible. The auto-stop has stopped working too. There is clearly something badly wrong with it. I would like to return it but unfortunately I have missed the window for returns. It is still under warrantee but I would have to package it up and send it to New York, USA, and as I am in the UK it would cost a fortune. I don't see any way of getting my money back from Amazon. Terrible experience! DO NOT BUY if you are in the UK.

UK buyers warning!
This product does not work in the UK. A request to the seller for help was ignored. Worse, the cost of returning the non-working product was almost as much as the purchase price, with only a small proportion expected to be reimbursed. Can’t comment on categories below as it didn’t work. Appaling, frankly.

Estoy contenta con el producto, pero amazon no cumplió con el plazo de entrega. Aunque me digan que no es culpa de Amazon, sinó de la empresa subcontratada, yo se lo compré a Amazon.

It’s a great value for those getting into vinyl. It looks cool and plays LPs well. The speakers are decent for the size. It even has Bluetooth!

Yes it plays perfectly the cassette player sounds great too. Equivalent to stereo

For the $$, you can't beat this thing. Cassette player is simple & functional, turntable is decent, and the speakers are surprisingly good. Love it!
