Bodybuilding Warehouse, Pure Beta–Alanine Powder, Amino Acid Supplement (Unflavoured, 500g)

I have tested a few Beta products and based on my personal preference, this is the best. It really helps as a preworkout when I have a tough session ahead of me as I feel it really helps my energy levels. The product itself dissolves nicely in any liquid, but I would recommend something flavoured as I don't like the natural taste of Beta Alanine. But that is the same for any product. Price is reasonable for the quality of the product and delivery was spot one. Thoroughly recommend.

It definitely does the job, I’ve never had an itch like it. However it suggests a 5g serving and they give you an 8g scoop.. haven’t been able to get up for the past hour because 8g of beta alanine feels like death. Tastes like death too I would suggest 2.5g twice a day if you don’t want to throw up.

It's beta-alanine and the bag works (as in you can reseal it, unlike a lot of these types of bag, looking at you, ON).

A good quality beta alanine for a great price. A well respected pre workout supplement, it gives a good boost, especially for endurance work. I've found at the recommended 3g serving it gives the usual tingles in the lips so no reason to doubt it's quality. It's best taken with taurine (again I go for 3g) and some kind of simple carb, I also like to throw in some L Glutamine. Makes for a good quality, non-stimulant, pre workout. Recommended.
