When received, this cushion did not impress me, as it has an extremely firm composure and is 3-4 inches longer (front to back) than the student-type chair where I wanted to use it. But it has been very comfortable and given me relief from pressure against my tailbone. This is no fault of the product -- I am relatively short and the cushion increases my "height" in the chair so that only my toes touch the floor. I compensate using an inexpensive folding footstool. Haven't taken it out of the chair -- interestingly, there is also a texture on bottom of the cushion that does not allow it to drift off the position in the bare maple chair seat (awesome!) -- since my initial placement. I wanted a product that was supportive for sitting for long distances. It's made well, and in the U.S.A. as well. That being said, it's not terrifically comfortable. It's too thick and could use more comfort while being supportive. I hope the docs who designed this go back to the drawing board.

It fit my chair perfectly but it is bigger than I thought, so be sure to check the size of your chair, is very comfortable, fresh, and the build quality is really good. I wish it was fully black, but i don't ever care now, since is well designed and so far I've been using for about 2 weeks and I just love the cushion. I have to mention I have pyriformis syndrome and this has been really helpful.

I injured my lumbar region and have bone spurs now because of it.Sitting on my new mesh chair was horrible.This cushion fixed that issue and no more pain!Just the right amount of height and cushion.It is larger than others and that make a big difference!It has a anti-slip coating on the bottom.There is a cooling effect as well on my butt so that is a nice bonus!Let it air out when it arrives...it take a couple hours to form shape.This is the one you want!

I got this cushion for $39.99 with a $10 off coupon (original price $49.99). My desk chair seat is flight, and I felt I needed ergonomic support. This cushion looks shaped to fit the human “seat area” in the photo. But in reality, it looks very different - flat and shapeless. It is very flat, and VERY firm. I weight 122 lbs and don’t make a dent in it. I think it may be good for you if you weigh 200 lbs, but it is way too firm for someone of my size. It works like a booster seat, raising me a couple of inches higher, but with no ergonomic support whatsoever, and no added comfort.

When using this cushion, I have as much or more pain than without it. No relief at all!I have turned and twisted it many ways.Unfortunately, I just missed the return date!! :((
