It works and is indistinguishable from the original.

Literally required nothing more than battery installation. No set-up required.

The remote does not have enough button options for my liking. I often want to only go half the volume of one bar louder or softer but the remote only allows me a plus or minus option. I wish the remote was much bigger with a lot more buttons and smaller writing as to what the buttons do.

It's nice to have a remote where all the buttons work!

My original remote had seen its last day. This new remote works just great!

Performed as expected

This arrived to me with some minor cosmetic issues which I was willing to overlook. However, this does not work as a replacement for the original remote control that comes with a unit. The product description neglects to mention the fact that this device is NOT programmable. In other words, while it DOES work at controlling the receiver unit, it does NOT work against any of the devices that might be attached to it.While I did get it to turn my cable box on, I couldn't get it to turn the TV on which meant I had sound for my TV but couldn't WATCH any of the show without trying to find the original TV remote to turn it on. Digging out the original manual for my receiver and following the instructions for adding proved futile as the remote does not behave as the manual says it should. The vendor did confirm to me that the remote is NOT programmable so I returned it.NOTE: I have no complaint against the seller. It is just that the product lacks an essential abilities to be able to replace the original remote. This is NOT a full replacement unless you just want something to control your receiver ONLY.

Doesn't work at all. Can't get ahold of the seller to troubleshoot.
