Great towel rack - don’t use supplies screws
Excellent towel rack, if it is put up with good wall plugs and screws it is absolutely solid! Wouldn’t recommend using the screws supplied especially if you have kids or nice big bath sheets.

Sturdy but the bottom rung tends to come off if pulled to hard we bought a black and a white unit and both bottom rings have come off .

Poor design !
Pretty flimsy and quite cheap looking. The obvious fault is when you raise or close the upper rail, it catches the screw, see pic. So it doesn't go fully home and cracks the cover.

Screws and plugs terrible
The screws are too thin and short in my opinion, not a wide enough thread to really grip anything well, wall plugs are trash honestly just bin then straight away and get better wall plugs and screws. The shelves themselves are decent enough

This is a sturdy rack that is easy to install and has the capacity to hold a lot of towels. It looks really good.
