Is this XO source gluten free?

I have checked my XO sauce and with the Lee Kum website and it is not listed as gluten free. So I would say no, it is not gluten free.

How long will this keep in the fridge after opening?

If you treat it right and always use a clean spoon and clean the rim before closing the jar it will stay fine for months on. Mine did. Top up with some vegetable oil when it looks starting dry.

What is the best way to store this product?

You can store it ambient before opening, and then after opening it is best stored in the fridge.
