It could be worse! But tolerable. Its easier than pills, faster absorption because its liquid. I 81 yrs old so I have to say its my 5th bottle and it does make a difference.

Use it every day

I am uncertain what ingredient or combination could trigger coughing and copious phlegm. Given a COPD diagnosis I am apparently not a candidate for its good benefits, given my vulnerability.. I have given it a week, and it does this every time. Tossing it is regrettable yet advised.
