Did not expect this computer to be such good quality. It has everything I need. Super fast, sleek, good weight, and the touchscreen is just perfect. When you fold it backwards you have the option of using an onscreen keyboard that is large or small. It exactly what I needed! I’m able to game or wfh with no issues. The battery seems to last, but of course it could be better as with any laptop. It’s a whole new world from my Dell. Very happy!Update: so in love with this laptop.. the battery actually lasts forever and on top of that only takes around 30 minutes for full charge. I work 6 hours straight without losing battery and that’s with constantly taking calls and running several programs. This laptop is a gem!

An excellent build for a daily use pc. I use it to record music, do college work, stream and research. More than sufficient processor, and very snappy. The touchscreen is plenty responsive. It seems to be a little outdated, but I think its a compromise with the high quality design. Its tough and heavy and seems hard to brake. The covering is an aluminium-ish material and the hinges are steel, built to last. The webcam isn't great but I haven't found one that is so... overall a great laptop. Also some really cool cutting edge features when in i-pad mode and the sound system is AMAZING. Would highly recommend this laptop

These are unsold, out-of-date, computers which the vendor has opened up and given a larger hard drive. So long as you know this is what you are buying, the vendor is delivering exactly what he advertises.The cosmetics of the one we received are perfect, and the performance is excellent. It's a solid laptop with good ergonomics and a noticeable lack of bloatware.This particular model of computer has a Harmon Kardon designed speaker set with a far better than usual volume level - we find that to be a real improvement on other similar laptops.Please note that the keyboard is a bit odd - with a mini number pad. It absolutely requires some getting used to if you want to get the best out of the number pad, but it does not get in the way of typing text.

The laptop itself is okay aside from the touch screen being glitched out. It works, but it's not calibrated whatsoever so there's constantly AI fingerprints as if someone is touching all over the screen and it's reading it, when no one is touching it. This makes the laptop nearly impossible to use since the cursor consistently is disappearing due to the laptop picking up touches on the screen where there aren't. It's been cleaned repeatedly and there was no protector on the screen. Seller tried to offer me a $50 refund and then accused me of being incompetent and said "Btw. I'm pretty sure it works fine because it's basically a new laptop." Poor grammar and insisting that I'm either slow or lying? Have proof of the glitch which was never requested. The seller is now actively ignoring me and has been for about 4 almost 5 days now! Save your money and shop elsewhere

I enjoyed this laptop, but it has been giving me nothing but problems lately. My cursor disappears, and, as the previous review said, there is an AI finger touching all over my screen. It makes it impossible to do anything, and it starts randomly clicking on everything. The brightness of my keyboard stopped working the first couple of months after purchasing mine at Best Buy. The HDMI input no longer works.

This laptop could have been the best one of the year for the everyday user. Really? 8GB Ram and no extra Dimm to upgrade? I would own this as a daily driver if it would have had the option to upgrade to16GB. I would have paid the 30-50 dollar markup for that option. With Windows 11 around the corner and Windows 11 weird ram usage. 8GB is yesterdays Windows 7, 2GB. Bestbuy had this laptop on sale at 475.00 for almost 2 years. I maybe a ram snob but I like start up at 20-25% usage not 41% before I have even opened Chrome.
