These are some of the best pickled baby beets I have ever had. I'm sure glad I tried this brand.

Loved them. They were so good. Shared them at a family celebration dinner. They were a hit.

I love these beets! I could eat the whole jar in one sitting.

The first three pictures are of the beets including the first having a background of what I make with them, which is simply adding some Feta Cheese and Yellow Onion.These are sweeter than what I have made in the past as far as pickling goes, and as a point of comparison, I have a far larger jug full of organic beets which pictured is my second fermentation of beet kvass.Beets are EXTREMELY healthy for a person. I have Kvass every day and feel it's one of the cheaper health tonics possible.I at first thought to give this a rating of 2 stars given the price, and my ability to do this myself. However, this is going to make a ridiculous amount of very easy and fantastic-tasting salad with feta and onion. I do not find these to be the best of ideas with salad, even with balsamic, because of how sweet they are.The spices are essentially non-existent to taste. This still works as I prepared it, but I would have added more salt and likely more peppercorn, and possibly mustard seed regarding 'pickling.'

This is a wonderful product. The beets are fresh, firm, juicy, and taste great!

I read the reviews before I ordered these, they were mixed but leaned more towards good. I ordered one jar, I am ordering more today. My goodness! These are the best pickled beets we have ever had, they are kind of sweet with a little tang, just yummy! My husband had some on cottage cheese and said it was better than ice cream 😊! We've been just using a fork to pick them out of the jar and just eat them for the most part. This next jar I'm going to make some salads with.A lot of people were talking about how expensive they thought they were, I feel like it's such a nice sized jar and plenty of beets packed in there so I think the price is really fair. I'm going to send some to my son, he loves pickled beets as much as we do!I hope those that are still pondering if they should buy them, go for it, they are delicious!
