Tastebud roller-coaster. How is this not more popular.
It starts almost too sweet, but wait for it, it becomes salty, followed by a wave of salted caramel, sour hits, and then some heat that's just right. Warm one of these up so it becomes a bit more gooey, and serve with vanilla ice cream. This is not "candy". it's a confection with an amazing personality that teaches us the difference between unfolding taste (sensation), and flavor that lingers nicely on that palate for a few minutes. An experience.
