At the beginning I thought it's not good because 2-3 days passed and nothing happened, no water was stored inside. Then it got heavier and the crystals inside i think got rock hard. Now they started to collect water. I think it's part of the collecting water process. Firstly the crystals absorb the water, then stick to each other and then water collector collects the humidity. So far we're happy with it after 2 weeks of use. You just need to remove the aluminium foil from the top and it's game on

Not worth 5 stars as they not as efficient as states in descriptionI'm using in bedroom,living room ,toilet ,kitchen and top board where lit of moisture but not collecting moisture as should be
