The product was defective. The packaging is very bad. Very bad plastic material.I had to call many times for installation person.When technician installed and water started to leak. The technician failed to fix the water leakage as it was leaking from the body.Technician gave his supervisor number to call. I tried to call so many times but supervisor disconnected my call everytime I called.I have raised request for return. I had to uninstall the filter for return as well.Very bad product and no customer care. Bad service.

I will never believe after this and stabilizer buy from amazon both the products are worst even their claiming warranty is worst. Everything from amazon is worst. I will never buy anything from this website after this service

Update: It takes ~1 hour to fill 10 litre water tank because inlet valve is not functioning well after 1 year of purchaseMinor water leakage within 2 months of installation due to issue with 1 gasket. Their after sales support isn't up to mark. I got this issue resolved from an outside vendor & I got much better service at a lower cost than what Always Misty proposed.
