what kind of warranty does it come with?

According to Mfg. the warranty is one year on parts and lifetime on tank.

I opened the tank and removed the basket but there is no adjustment knob for pressure? Am I missing something?

After removing the basket, directly under it is the black pressure valve. It has 4 triangular pointers on it. I believe you press down and twist to one of the other positions.

Can you use this to apply stain to a fence.

Sure you can, but to use this sprayer for fence stain, you must have a LOT of fence. I would opt for a I gallon hand held sprayer that could be cleaned out more easily.

Can I use organic stuff in this? I would need to remove the filters

My best guess is that anything beyond a liquid mixture would clog the spray tips, which is why the filter (on the intake "straw" in the tank is there to prevent). If the organic mixture is completely liquid, I cannot see why the filters would need to be removed. Hope this helps somewhat.
