If your looking for something to help you better understand yourself and learn about who you are this is the book/journal. It help me put my thoughts into words. It also asks lots of self devolmenting question's, be careful it will ask you questions you might not ever think about asking yourself and think hard about your actions and future. Besides the book the quality is ok, I have torn a few pages quite easy. Good value if you want to better understand who you are.

It's a little pricey for the small size of this journal, but the questions do make you think. They're not the typical boring ones you'd come across when trying to dig deep into who you are. I look forward to filling out the rest of this book.

I don’t mind the paperback on this journal. It’s super soft and beautiful. It’s simple questions with the capability to use both pages. I really love how I can date it. If I want to start anywhere I want I can depending on how I’m feeling.The journal was in excellent condition. I recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Has nice quotes and writing prompts. Saw on tik tok and seemed really cool.. it would be much cooler if the price was lower. Not really worth the price

I gifted this hardcover journal to my sister and she loved it! I might have to get one for myself!it does take about 3 weeks to get to you so order well ahead of time , it does say that in the description images too. Aside that it’s well made and thoughtful .
