YES...my chrysanthemum (both ball and pompom) have responded very well. i have exposed the root ball, got rid of the excess roots, used the powder directly on the roots and planted them in moist well drained soil. This is the first time i have used Micorrhiza, but i am very happy...the plants have not wilted and new growth has begun in a week. but you have to be careful of using orgainc fertilizer only because chemical fertilizer kills the fungi. I have also used it for poinsettia. same result. water only when top half inch of soil is dry. hope this helps
