First, this applies to PBKSR40WT and I want to address some inaccuracies of the listing.First off, for it's size, the audio quality and volume are good. These are not tiny speakers and thus are able to build a pleasing, full rich sound. I'm not looking for thump and speakers this size really cannot deliver much of that.I've had speakers in this price range that seemed to sound painful. These are pleasing with a totally respectable blending of higher and lower frequencies, performing above their price class in many ways.The ones I picked have separate bass and treble controls. They are effective but I wouldn't push them too much as I was able to get a bit of over modulation on some Bluetooth audio. Really, you probably won't need to tweak them much.On the back is an "EQ" button to pick between three modes. Voice emphasizes the midrange, Music for full range and Movie which has a "stereo separation expander" effect which I personally do not care for. Music setting is it.I have not tested the optical input but there was a standard optical audio cable included. The RCA coax input did perform just fine.The Volume is a rotary encoder. There is no physical minimum / maximum. I would prefer the hard limits but it is what it is.The remote is fine but personally don't need it. Just be aware that batteries are not included.A nice feature are the heavy rubber feet. The set speaker at a nice angle for desktop use and seem to be effect at preventing movement.On the back is a port that goes to an internal tube. It's not just a hole. I turned it up and the port doesn't seem to produce any port noises there.The case is a white rounded case with just enough heft. Tweeter and mid-bass are protected by METAL grilles (no fabric as the description indicates). They are an interesting design choice was to recess the mid-bass grill. At first, I thought it was pushed in during manufacturing but it is a design choice. Thinking about it, this is probably more durable if only for consistent appearance. Still, a good idea.The listing showed something about a tiny 1.5V 1.3 Ah battery with up to two hour life expectancy. This is another error in the description. There is no battery power, and besides, a battery with that spec would be useless with a speaker of this size.Speaking of power, the supplied 100-240 VAC 50/60 Hz power adapter outputs 21 VDC at up to 1500 mA. The adapter is UL listed.So, I like the speakers and will likely pick up a few more for various purposes. There is another similar one on Amazon but note that those do not have the Bass and Treble controls.BT recommended

These speakers are a hidden gem! I wanted some inexpensive speakers to hook up to my new MacMini4 that I have paired with a new monitor that does not have speakers. I have a whole house Sonos system that has me spoiled for premium sound so have been on a quest to find decent less expensive speakers... I wanted the computer speakers to work independently so I don't have to bother with their app at the same time, it is just easier. I connected the Pyle via Bluetooth and they work like a charm. I listened to my YT playlists, some of my Amazon Music, various videos, and podcasts. I switched between Music and Dialog on the remote which worked nicely. The sound is phenomenal, deep and rich with beautiful clarity. Very high end sound imo. For this price point they are an absolute steal. I am considering getting another set for my basement TV.

These speakers are excellent for usage with a desk top computer but it seems to disconnect Bluetooth when no sound is playing, somewhat annoying..

I was hoping these speakers would sound as good as they look. Glad to say they do. The sound and volume are excellent, if you like it loud. Good bass and treble, EQ is a nice. Speakers are made well, not cheap flimsy plastic and they have some weight to them. Also nice is the remote. I have them setup to my PC and the remote makes it easy to mute or turn off. I had another set of speakers that were a bit less money. But they sounded like the AM radio in a '65' VW bug. It's a decent price and a good buy, I'm happy with them. HOPE this helps out.

☆☆☆☆☆ Here's 5 more stars!!These things fuggin ROCK. Bluetooth pairing was almost instant without any static on my MacBook. The sound is phenomenal. If I were to hear these without seeing them, like from another room or something and I didnt know what they were i would say somebody spent 500 bucks on an audio system. Along with treble and bass knob adjustments with music, movie and analog presets. I didn't expect less though, I know the PYLE brand was popular back in the day with car audio so I had a really good feeling about these and they do not disappoint for the price point!!!!

Most awesome sound. Put them under my bed connected to TV like I'm in a IMAX theatre

Great sound for a great price.

I am satisfied with the sound, for the price. Actually pretty good. But, the remote power button does not work. I have to turbn on / off with the button on the back. Even that works improperly...have to push it multiple times. The remote volume buttons do work. Strange. In hindsight, I would pass on these.
