There are only four ingredients in it—soybeans, wheat, salt, and water—and zero additives. It has a high level of umami taste.

Love Kikkoman Sauce
Love Kikkoman Sauce as it is a good quality natural soy sauce with no unnecessary ingredients like other brands. Great for cooking. Buying it in this size is a lot cheaper then the smaller bottles and very convenient buying on line. I shall be back for more soon!

BEST FLAVOUR
BEST SOY SAUCE ON THE MARKET. I ADD IT TO MY EGG FRIED RICE DISH WHICH I FIRST SAMPLED IN SINGAPORE IN 1960.
