Very happy and impressed with the Zhiyun Smooth 5s the addition of a built in light was a nice touch

The Smooth 5s is what I have been looking for in a phone gimbal. The product was shipped out super fast and arrived quickly.

The media could not be loaded.  It worked for 1 day then it stopped stabilising. When I reset without a phone attached, it seemed to be ok, however, when I attach the phone it stops stabilising (not vibrating as it supposed to be)

The media could not be loaded.  What can I say, 10/10!The gimbal arrived even before the time it was supposed to and was well packaged. The gimbal itself is incredible, probably the best one I used, and I used a LOT of gimbals. The main highlight for me is how heavy-duty it is for a smartphone gimbal. It can handle heavier phones + extra accessories like lenses very well. BUT at the same time, is it very easy to set up and it is very compact, compared to the hybrid gimbal that can also handle heavier setups.Overall if you are looking for a versatile, super good quality gimbal, look no further!

The product is pretty average.The head unit does not fully tighten as the camera flops around in the base.The grip feels great however, any movement and the camera sits on a wee bit of and angle.I’ve yet to receive a response why two were shipped.
