I am very pleased with these socks. They look snazzy, fit well (even though I'm at the top end of the size range) and are comfortable to wear. They're also good value. I doubt if I'll be buying any more socks for a long time.

This is a really fun, although practical item which makes a really good gift.

I have bought sets of socks like these on many occasions. This latest patch got off to a bad start when one of the first pair I put on instantly got a hole in the toe. Another pair quickly had one develop a hole in a heel. Usually what happens is they wear on the sole (pad area), so after a few months they get whittled down, one at a time, roughly every fortnight thereafter. I see from my Amazon orders that it only took 9.5 months to get through my previous 12 pairs before buying another 12. Quantity over quality?! Maybe. At least they're a good fit, and I take a size 12 shoe.
