Love these pelvic wedges. Recommended by my chiropractor to take pressure off of my lumbar spine when doing Pilates on my stomach. Also work well during a massage. Pretty amazing equipment!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This one is the one my chiropractor recommended and I see why they work perfectly a great affordable option.

So far the product works well, hard to tell if it's working yet. My only negative feedback is that they have a very strong smell when you unbox them but this smell went away after the first day.

An easy and consistent way to help dislocations and offset hips and shoulders. Comfortable under feet and knees too. Let gravity fix you! Instead of rolling towels and getting inconsistency, these are better.

I was very pleased with the quality of this item. It has the firmness required for a good adjustment. I look forward to the good things this will bring my lower back.

These are very helpful. I’m normally put on blocks at appointments when my hips are messed up so they can get un-messed up. These let me do that at home

My chiropractor recommended these blocks to use for my stubborn hips, and they’re awesome! Makes it much easier to keep up either way my exercises by myself at home.

Good quality, great that it comes as a pair. Due to the size they are better for larger or smaller corrections rather than somewhere in the middle of the spectrum.

Bigger slightly softer way lighter and much better at not getting hot than the real ones my chiropractor uses. Definitely suggest these for those who need them

Previously had spent ages on the web looking for wedges/boulsters at an affordable price and of the correct size, but always way too expensive and larger than required. These are great and we’re very affordable considering the benefit I get from them. Used occasionally, I can use them at home to correct the tilt of my pelvis when out of tilt. I use them in exactly the same way as had been done to me by my chiropractor.
