Q: Can you reprogram the presets with own sounds or better? (Claps,boom, ect)

Dear customer, the preset can not be reset, but we also have four effect buttons that can be customized.

Q: Hooked up to my macbook, it's recognizes the mic is there but i have no sound. am i doing something wrong or is this faulty ?

i have sound in mine but way tooooooooooo low...try to adjust volume but produce noise not voice... its cheap stuff cant figure it out myself to work as they advertised and described
