Do you put it all over hair roots too

I do put it all over my hair after shampooing with Plantur 39 shampoo. You only need a pea sized amount for short to medium length hair. I rub it over both hands before running my hands through my wet hair. Remember to leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing off well. I have medium length very fine hair which I wash several times a week. I don't use the conditioner after every wash, but only once a week. I love this conditioner as it makes my hair very soft and shiny.
