The frame is easy to use from importing pics to cropping. The quality of pics is really good. I gave to my wife for Christmas, and I loaded it with 300 pics of grandkids. It was way easier and faster than I anticipated. You can download 10 pics at a time within 20 seconds or so, so you can import all of you pics in just minutes.

I bought 4 frames, but only 3 work.The huge issue is one package came looking completely different. The frame and plug are identacle, but the box looks different, and the frame doesn't work at all. I've tried a different combination of outlet, plugs, and frames to possibly troubleshoot the issue, with no success.There is no obvious damage to the box or the frame itself, so I don't believe this to be a delivery issue.The frames that work, work well. It's sad for me to leave a low review, but I can't in good conscience recommend this product to other buyers with the chances of recieving a faulty frame.This is a huge shame, as these were going to be identical gifts for my co-workers. I bought 2 frames on cyber Monday, and 2 frames on the Wednesday after. They all arrived together shortly after. I planned on putting pictures on each frame for each co-worker, so I guess it's partially my fault for not testing them sooner.

So I ordered this as a gift for my mother for Christmas. We plan to give it to her to display photos of her grand kids. I must say this is fect for that. We pulled it out and tested all the functions to make sure it worked. The frame is quality and the tablet has a good resolution for the price range, it's clear with good color and shows detail well. All the photos we uploaded to the app were transferred over to the frame without a hitch. The App also works flawlessly from what we experienced. I highly recommend.

So far, like very much. Pictures display nicely & the auto on/off is very convenient for sleeping in same room.

Bought this for my best friend for Christmas since she’s moving to England. She absolutely loves it! We both said it’s so easy to use and the quality of the photos is great! Highly recommend!
