Will the nurse/Dr scrub top fit my 6 year old who is 50+ lbs?

I bought this toy as a gift for my seven year old granddaughter, who is on the smaller side, concerning her weight. I don't know what her exact weight is, so I don't know if the scrub top will be a good fit for your six year old. I can tell you that the kit is really good quality and that I'd buy it again.

Why does the pink set say nurse instead of doctor?

I guess to show it’s for a girl..but my granddaughter knew she was a doctor regardless of the color....

Missing pieces...

I didn't recieve galf of the pieces mentioned int he description. The coat, cap, mask, phone, medicines and few more items were missing. I received only 8 of those parts which are shown in the picture.I also tried returning the product as I got completely different kit at first then upon replacement they sent me only few of the pieces from the kit
