Hi Melvin,My husband is 6ft 2in with a 34 inside leg and he does not go fully back all the way. At 6ft 4in you would be right on its limit. I hope this helps.

What are the tension setting like on this? -

Hi Charlie, there are 10 levels (detented). I think the range of tension settings is fine for most people who will want a cardio workout at home. I don't have a forcemeter so can't give an exact number but canit to say 10 is really tough and 1 is very easy. IMHO L10 is tougher than the maximum resistance on the C2 at local gym. Anyway at this tension its more a strength workout than cardio. My 3yr old can pull at level 1. Hope that helps

How does this compare to rowing machines you use in gyms? And how noisy is it?

The machines in most gyms are bulkier and more robust in construction. These are usually much more noise, the JLL® R200 is a lot quieter.

Please can you tell me how portable and light the machine is, as I would have to put it away each time after use. Thanks

I get away with leaving mine on the sitting room floor - it's about six feet long. It's fairly heavy - just weighed it on luggage scales at 23kg. But you can lift up the rear end and roll it around very easily as it has little roller wheels in the cross-bar at the front. Then you would just undo two fixing wheels so that the slide bar comes up vertical, and that would leave it with a 'footprint' about two feet square, with the bar standing up just over four ft high.
