These are lovely knives to use.They cut really smoothly through all sorts of different foods like meat and veg.It's good to see that they have safety covers on the sharp tip.They're light and durable and easy to wash. I don't have a dishwasher so I can't say if they tarnish or become scratched when washed in a dishwasher.Highly recommended purchase

I love these knives. Super sharp and efficient. I would have willingly paid a little more to have a ‘sleeve’ to cover the blades.

Excellent Santaku knifes. Very study blade that should last a life time.Some foods like cucumber do stick to the blade but its not an issue.These have been added to compliment my old wusthof blades. Time will tell if these will last 25 years.
