Recommended to take 100 micro grams daily of the L-selenomethionine version and this fits the bill at a good price. Need to eat with food as it tends to stick in the throat. Oh, and don't get them wet, they go sticky with very little moisture.

The box doesn't say that it is organic and also in the incredients the world organic never appears. The seller has confirmed that it is an organic product, but I will not going to buy it again because of this lack of trasparency.
