The most important detail missing"how long the battery last"!!
Haven't bought one and will never buy one since there is no info in how long the battery last,i like alienware but i hate when they won't give full description nor "ask a question" option.

Microphone failure
The microphone on the headset I purchased doesn't seem to be working and my friends are saying that the microphone is full of noise

Barely Adequate
I've been using these for work for about 6 months now and they do work. There are a lot of issues though. Bluetooth constantly disconnects, and you can't use the 3.5mm jack without unplugging the mic from the headset and relying on the cheap mobile mic on the 3.5mm audio slider. The dongle works pretty well, good sound and alright mic. ANC works well. Build quality seems decent. The software is awful. It can't track battery percentage, there's no warning for low battery, the headset will just shut off. It's hard to tell if the headset is on or off as lights light up regardless. It takes approximately 8-10 seconds to power the headset on. More if the battery has died and you've plugged in the usb C charger. The touch controls are a hinderance as adjusting the headset can cause videos to skip or pause/play, and there's no way of customising or disabling them. The mute mic button is hard to find by touch and if you miss it, the touch controls can be hit instead, with unintended consequences. Probably a 2.5 star headset at best.

Sounds amazing and fits surprisingly well. They fit on-ear for me. They have touch controls which I was pleasantly surprised about from reading the instruction manual. Only bad thing is for Xbox I need to hook it up to my Xbox controller and use the cord as a mic instead of using the mic it comes with. But with my PC the Bluetooth works amazing. Good range, so I can be in my kitchen and the signal won't break at all. And you can turn the RGB off to help the battery last longer though the battery has never died on me.

These headphones have a great looking design (in an industry that seems to design gaming headsets exclusively for 14 year old boys), they’re light, great sound. BUT they don’t work. Here’s why: 1. They tried to do this clever touch sensing mechanism to up/down volume which was extremely frustrating at first and after a dozen attempts I finally got (somewhat) used to it but not easy to use at all still, good design idea bad execution, (not to mention I had to search how to up the volume, that should never be the case) 2. The headphone I found out has a common problem of disconnecting frequently from its dongle and reconnecting. When it does this, it resets all its settings (including volume) that you just painstakingly touch sensed to, 3. To solve this last problem I downloaded its firmware update to it (which took about 15 minutes), now (lol) it won’t up the volume at all and stays at the lowest volume. Many of these issues are well reported online, do you research and buy something else. Good luck next time Alienware, love the headphones but you need to execute correctly.
