Diamond Dazzled
This was a sad and heart-braking story, I have read all the Hetty Feather books and I do love them so very much. This one surprised me because it was a different girl and hetty only came near to the end. I was enjoying this book so much but then I was really disappointed, when it had finished because I didn't expect it. I recommend this is for a child really at any age about 7+. Hetty is very brave and I was very nervous and worried when she ran away with the poor little diamond, The thing that hurt me most was when diamonds father sold her. I cried at this bit and thought oh no please get her back. I hope everybody else loves this book as much as I do. And they also feel the pain and understand what happens in Little Diamond and Hettys life. I also thing Jacqueline Wilson did a great job, with creative ideas and the way she planned it and set it all out.

Sooo good
I love, love, love this book! It is a heart - warming story that will glue to your mind. This is a part of the Hetty Feather series. First there is Hetty Feather, secondly there is Sapphire Battersea, after there is Emerald Star, then there is Diamond lastly there is Little Stars. (It is also about Diamond and Hetty).I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in Jacqueline Wilson books.Btw this book includes a tiny bit of violence but not too aggressively . So this book is for 8+. Diamond has to go through a lot in her life. I will not tell you a lot of details to stop you from reading the book, but I will tell you one thing. Diamond gets sold by her own father. Which is just cold. Like freezing like an ice cube cold. This book deserved every penny. Btw I am only ten 😊.5/5 👏

Unputdownable
Hoorah! I'm the first person to review this book on Amazon. It arrived in the post today at 2pm and I've just finished it (7pm)It is unputdownable. A gripping tale filled with action, adventure and novelties. I can't put too much about it as I don't want to be classified as a spoiler. I think it is a great book but i think Hetty Feather aka Sapphire Battersea aka Emerald Star comes in a little too late in the story. Definately 5 stars. Unquestionably unputdownable but a little short for me and shorter than JWs other in this series.I wonder what gem JW will select next after Sapphires, Emeralds and Diamonds - Maybe Amber?Meanwhile I'm waiting for Lauren Child's bubble gum scented Ruby Redfort part 3 on October 10th because I want to be first to review that too :)Sapphire age 8

Amazing
This book is great but the ending is a little bit confusing but a part from that everything was great! I have read all of the other books based on Hetty Feather but I think this one is the best! My favourite part was when Diamond made friends with Hetty and had a lot of fun playing! I would recommend this book to anyone but if you are not a fan of reading very long books then this one isn't for you. I would say that girls from the age of 9 shall enjoy this amazing tale. This book is very different from any other book because this one is like a small diary entry and I quite like that fact. The saddest part of the book had to be when Diamonds Mother died and when her Father sold her

This was a real page-turner and I hope Jacqueline Wilson writes a sequel!
I really liked the bit when Hetty Feather made clothes for all the circus acts, because it was fascinating to read about people stitching their clothes as of now we have sewing machines that stitch our clothes for us. The bit I disliked was when Diamond got beaten by her master who used a whip and made blood and scars form on her back. Just because she couldn't do a backflip he shouldn't of whipped her. It sounded cruel! I would recommend this book for older children aged 9-12 who can read longer, more challenging books. I rated it 5 stars because it was amazing to find out what the circus was like in those rough, hard times when you would get whipped and punished badly as now we just get told off and sometimes get a small punishment.(Written by my 10 year old daughter)

diamond by jacqueline wilson
This book is jacqueline wilson's latest hit. I have read every single book she has ever written except for the teenage ones.I am 9 and in fourth class, and I have read all the books for my age in my school library and have loads of books at home. When I heard this was coming out, I pre ordered it for my kindle and it came at the first second after midnight on the day it was released. By now I have finished it and I loved it! Diamond is a little girl living a harsh life. Her mother named her boys matthew mark luke and john, so she would have good luck. She named her children mary martha and ellen jane for extra luck. But in the end she didn't have such good luck... ellen jane ends up at the circus where she meets hetty feather. She is trained to be an... hey, I won't tell you, read the book to find out! I also won't tell you about her master- oh my, you've got to read it now, you must find out about her master, and all about poor, poor, POOR madame Adeline!!! Oh, PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!! :)

THE BEST OF THEM ALL
I chose the five-star rating because Diamond by Jacqueline Wilson is the best of the lot. Jacqueline wrote three other books about Hetty in this book but this one is about her little friend Diamond. Diamond is originally called Ellen-Jane but her father sells her to a clown called Beppo who makes her work too hard. Then she meets Hetty and her life is much better. I like the bit where Hetty and Diamond are in Madame Adeline's wagon and they have cake. it is a bit sad when Madame Adeline has to leave the circus with Mr Marvel but Hetty and Diamond get to live in her old wagon. I would recommend this book to anyone who has read the rest of the Hetty Feather series and absolutely loves them just as I do!!! I SAY GET THIS BOOK!!!
