Lenovo is my first choice in computers
got used to Lenovo (formally ibm thinkpad) from professional career on the road. love this purchase, my first ever buying a hi end pre-made desktop (used to always build them). i took out the 2T hard drive and replaced it with a 2T ssd drive. tricky to put in; you have to pull out the graphics card to get a 2nd ssd installed (it's below the fan/chip), and you'll need another tiny screw to secure it down. go to disk management to get the system to recognize it and formatted and you're set. my only regret is i should have bought a bigger ssd (at least 4T) for that 2nd drive. starts fast and games i play are at ultra settings. win 11 is a different interface. not so bad to adjust to like when i went from win 8 to win 10... it did not have the lenovo vantage software installed but i found it online. you'll need that if you a want to manage the rgb fan disco lighting...

LENOVO has NO REFUND POLICY and sold me a DEFECTIVE PC that constantly shutsdown at random
When I bought this computer in Sept. 2023 It was priced $1178. It looked like a good deal, I was excited when I got it. On the first day I got it I was letting everything update, and then I left it to idle on the desktop while I did some chores in the same room. I looked over and noticed that it had restarted itself. I mistakenly thought it was a windows update and dismissed it. Over the course of the next 3 months the random shutdowns became so frequent that I had to send it in for repairs. We're talking at least 10 times a day it would shutdown unprompted, and restart. Ever since then it's been nothing but a monumental struggle to get Lenovo to cooperate with me. The first time I sent it in they replaced the RAM and factory reset my PC, but the problem still persisted. So I sent it back. Then they told me there was nothing wrong with it, and sent it back untouched. The problem persisted. I moved, so I waited till after I had settled in before sending it in again. Again, they insisted there was nothing wrong with it and sent it back. Pissed, I called and requested a refund. According to the rep I spoke to they HAVE NO REFUND POLICY. I was stuck with a lemon that I could not get a replacement or a refund for. SO I begrudgingly extended my warranty for about $70 and sent it in again. Yet again they told me that there was nothing wrong with the PC and sent it back. I moved again, and recently have sent it to them twice, on the first time they told me there was nothing wrong with it, but if it still crashed they'd replace the motherboard and power supply. I sent it back, after having taken pictures of the serial numbers of all the components and they sent it back AGAIN saying nothing was wrong, and nothing was replaced as promised, and on top of that they dented the case and now the screws don't hold the cover on. Irritated, I called and told them they hadn't done what they had promised to do and they damaged my PC too. I sent it back again and this time they actually replaced the powersupply, JUST the power supply. But the same issue STILL persisted. I escalated the issue again, and this time they've told me that they want to offer a refund. I was told over the phone that they would've offered a replacement, however as you can see by the current price here, it's $600 OVER what I had paid for it 2 years ago. I asked if they wanted me to send the PC back to get the refund, and I was told "No, you can keep it." and that all they'd need is my proof of purchase and they'd let me know how much they were offering. a few days later they sent me an email offering to pay for it and that I had to choose if I wanted a check, electronic transfer, or "Lenovo Virtual Debit Card". I responded that a check was preferable. Shortly after, they sent me an email stating that they would be sending a "prepaid return label" for my unit and that I wouldn't get the check until I had sent them my PC, which they had PREVIOUSLY told me I wouldn't need to do, which is why I agreed to the refund in the first place as this is my WORKSTATION for my that I use at home. I emailed and called to figure out what was going on and the rep told me in response to saying "I had been promised that I wouldn't need to return the PC as I cannot go for an extended period without a PC" The rep told me "I would never say that." He told me that I can take some time and let them know if I want to cancel my refund when I get the return ticket. Now they're selling the same LEMON of a PC for well-over DOUBLE the price I purchased it for. DO NOT BUY A LENOVO BRAND PC. They have been nothing but problematic and anti-consumer since the moment I bought this damn PC. Take your money elsewhere.

Just what I wanted
I'm not a major gamer, but I do play things like LoL, Overwatch, Valorant, etc. Most the things I do our smaller and less gig needing, but it's such a great upgrade from my last computer. I had a cyberpower before and it was 700-800. Obviously, this preforms so much better. I believe it's worth the price.

Excellent value
I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I was looking for a full-sized tower case PC with 32GB RAM and either an i5 or i7 Intel processor. This was exactly what I needed with i7 processor but the processor was 1 or 2 generations older than the most current i7. It came within 3 days after ordering - less time than indicated at the time of my purchase. It also came very well-protected in original Lenovo packaging sealed with security tapes. This is basically a brand new computer with previous generation processor sold by Lenovo to a reseller when the specific model is discontinued and replaced with a newer version. I receive a brand new, unused product at a huge discount over the most current year's version but nearly the same specs.

Great computer for great price
I had an old laptop I was using up until now, and for the streaming and games I would play it would lag. So, I decided to get myself something nicer, and I’m glad I did. It’s so much quicker, it’s quiet, and I love that you can customize the fan colors. I haven’t tried any extreme games yet, but honestly so far so good. So if you’re on the fence about it, I would go for it, it comes prebuilt too which was great.

RUN RUN RUN AWAY!
2 days in the installed Lenovo pc health software said 30 problems found and would not say what but would fix if I signed up for $30 service. Still did not fix sound, internet and worst of all crashing every 30-4 minutes while simply watching Youtube video. I called 3 times and got MEAN, bad English speaking Asians, one of which hung up on me. I emailed and they did offer to mail it back (with all my passwords, pictures, files, ect), along with a laundry list of homework assignements before you do. I asked if I could try to trouble shoot over the phone but do only "service" i.e. replace. My 10 year old piece of shoot pc works 100% better. Also the sound is stuck on Realtek. I have Logitech speakers and I am unable to change the sound drivers so on HBO it has to be waaaaaay high to even hear and on games its mega loud and does not even give you all the sound, simple things like your gun shooting is muffled. I can go on but I am very astonished of how poor this pc is made and the support is lacking big time. My sons pc was a SKYTECH for $500 less and after a year its still far superior to this one. He has not even had to contact support or tricked into a service subscription for a BRAND NEW PC!!!!
