A slow, slow slowwwww computer. This laptop is a joke and its not funny.
This laptop take a long time to do everything. You will notice that from the first time you try to use it and the slowness continues. It takes a long time to respond when you try to type something. Right now I have to be using another device to type this review because the laptop which I bought roughly 3 weeks ago decided that it wanted to ask me if I wanted it to be updated. Of course I clicked yes, I want all updates to ensure it functions optimally. The catch is, I have an exam, the purpose of which I specifically bought that laptop (at the top of the hour), in 16 minutes and the pc that I am depending on to do this vital final year exam has been restarting for an hour. Ok, so I shouldn't have picked the update option, but who knew that it wouldn't actually update but would actually go to sleep using the guise of continuously restarting. It doesn't even tell you what percentage of whatever update it was doing and I truly do not know when this will really finish restarting. I tried rebooting and it just came back to the same 'restarting' page. HELP HELP HELP. Someone Please help! This is ridiculous.

Slow & frustrating
I got this for my son to simply do schoolwork on. I didn’t expect it to be THIS slow. I knew it wasn’t going to be fast like a gaming PC, but I thought it would be fine for school. :/ Updates take forever and fail a lot, too. I tried to delete temp files (not really that many) to speed it up, and that failed. lol. Just save for a little better.
