I was skeptical about the product because its not the best smelling, however it works amazingly. My super thick curly-coily NATURAL hair is much more manageable, soft, easier to detangle and straighten.

HAIR TURNED INTO DRY BRITTLE HAY
Unfortunately This shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel like dry crunchy hay. I originally bought it for my daughter’s long curly hair but YIKES!! It made washday & detangling WORSE (a nightmare). It made our hair hard & brittle after use. Disappointed! Instead of throwing out we repurposed it & use it for our pets.

Great product, nice for hair and smells great!
We've bought this for all of our rental properties. It doesn't clog up the dispensers and it smells very nice. We've been using over a year and get compliments from our guests. Will continue to buy!
