Hi can you tell me how thin in mm are these packs when frozen. i want as thin as possible to use as a cooler in my vr headset. thanks

How long do you have to put them in freezer or microwave

They tell you on them and it depends on the power of your microwave but around 20 seconds. To freeze just leave them in the freezer as long as you like.
