Do these scissors fit into the 11 slotted Global knife block?

They do not fit in the 8 slot one that I have but I do not know about the 11 slotted block.

I don't know if the quality has improved since 2012 - wasn't using them then. Came across them when I did a cookery course at the Michel Roux Jnr cookeryschool (Cactus Kitchen) and thought they were great. Have since invested in a pair - expensive - but I love them to bits

How long the blade and can you wash them under running water without getting rust?

Hello Omar! In response to your question, the blade of the scissors is 7.5cms (3in) and the overall length is 22cms (8in). Yes, you can wash them in hot soapy water. Make sure you dry them well. I don't put mine in the dishwasher though, but treat them with great respect! Best wishes.

Will the scissors stick to the Global magnetic knife rack?

Yes but I make sure the middle nut is above the rack...
