Depends on what your need is. For me and family gatherings with appetizers, salad bar, etc., these work. They are germaphobes so they like having these instead of fingers. Bulk purchase was more important to me than quality. They are so much better than plastic.

Bought these for a wedding cookie table. The flat surface is perfect for picking up cookies. The quality seems good as well.
