This is a game changer, if you have any back problems when weightlifting this helps so much. I’ve deadlifted 500 lbs and didn’t feel any pain in my back. Adjustable fit. Very good quality and has a get back padding.

Love the best when new. It lasted 18 months and the Velcro just won't hold any longer. I'd like to see one that has a locking device that doesn't allow the Velcro to fail.

Excellent belt for my needs. I wanted support on my back while doing squats. This fit the bill perfectly. It's well-built and robust, with no issues with the build quality. The fit is excellent, and with the strong velcro strap, I can adjust the belt to my liking. Very happy with the purchase!

I have a back injury that hasn't allowed me to go as heavy as I would like when squatting.. last week I tried to do 405 without a belt n my back pinched really bad. After decompressing it was fine. I was only able to hit a set of 7 before lowering down to 365 for my last 3 sets. Today, I hit 405 for 2 sets of 10 followed by 365 for 2 sets of 12 and my form felt better. No back pain either. What I loved most was that it felt like it kept my quads under load better n I got a great workout. My last belt didn't feel like it had this much support and narrower too. This is exactly what I needed. So happy I got this one. Such great price too. Easy on off with the velcro and love the olive green color. Wish they had the camo in my size, but maybe I'll order that one when it's back in stock

The Velcro doesn’t hold well, comes apart during lifts all the time.
