| Serving Recommendation | For external use only. Single use only. Effective support for up to 12 hours. Dermatologically tested. 1. Dry skin before use. Cut open the foil sachet, remove the patch and peel off the protective film. 2. Stretch the patch slightly and apply the adhesive side to the skin. 3. The patch can be worn for up to 12 hours after which time, discard and replace with a new patch. 4. Slightly bend joints such as knees and elbows if you apply a patch to these areas. If necessary an elasticated bandage or micropore tape can also help to secure the patch. |

OMG these are amazing Fell out of my van a few days ago damaging my back so considerable pain. Put one of these on and within 20 minutes all gone. Lasted half a day and most of the night.

Does the job but not waterproof and very strong smelling.
I bought these because I hate taking so many pills and I thought like the b12 ones you could pop one on once a week. However unfortunately these are daily patches and I figure if yr gonna put one on daily then you may as well take a pill. I believe tho there may be some evidence based to glucosamine and chondrotin being better absorbed transdermally but I don't know...... so I suppose if you've settled on a daily patch these are fine. They have a really thick layer of orange jelly on them. I found they they stuck poorly to me however my husband who is much more hairy (!) Found they stuck really well to him. Neither of us have noticed a miracle yet but we've only had them a couple of weeks and I think these things need longer. They do smell of lemons and ginger but I think the aromatherapy thing is over played aromatherapy bit..... it just smells!

REALLY DO NOT STICK ð
I thought these would be ideal to dull my arthritic pain as my experience with B12 patches has been so positive.I was wrong. ðŠI prepared my site as I do when applying my other patches: clean well with hot, soapy water; rinse well then dry well.I removed the yellow film, stretched the fabric & applied with a little pressure. NO JOY! It moved about as I moved my leg. I have ordered sticky surgical tape to use with them, otherwise I would have wasted my money. I have just used the one patch so far & have secured it with sellotape until my surgical tape arrives in 4 days.I will update this review when I see some results. Sorry to say I am disappointed so far. One review stated that glucosamine & chondroitin cannot be absorbed through skin. Let's hope this is incorrect.
