ASVEGEN Sport Chrono Stopwatch Mounted Dashboard for Porsche 911 991 2013-2019, Beige Panel and Black Clock

This is an excellent product. Double good. I had my dash recovered and they left a blemish on the trim piece that holds the sport chrono. The trim piece here is indistinguishable from the original. My sport chrono itself was having an issue so I figured I'd take a shot at this one. Connector looked the same in pics. This is a great way to add sport chrono to a car that never had it. On top of that... it is completely plug and play if you need to replace your existing sport chrono. Quality of the clock itself is pretty much exactly as the unit from Porsche. Awesome!

Customer service was excellent. Instead of using the supplied cable because I had other options installed causing very little room behind the radio, I decided to splice their clock wires (4 of them) into the original wiring harness for the PCM 3.1 radio head. I wrote ASVEGEN a note and they supplied me with a diagram, the wires I had to tap into clearly marked. I would suggest buying special wire taps if you decide to do it this way. It worked perfectly. Search for this string in Amazon if you decide to buy the taps "Posi-Tap Connectors Kit- Includes Taps for 22 through 10 Gauge Wires, Plus 2 Fuseholders!" There were no issues whatsoever. Unit works and looks great. Supplied wiring harness is plug and play with PCM 3.1 (NAVIGATION). When putting the head unit back into the dash, the wiring harness is so big that it won't slide back in. The large "plug" of the harness needs to tuck into the dead space to the right or passenger side. Once I did that the PCM head unit slid right back in.

This gave my 911 non sport a new interior look, the process to install myself was easy to figure out. Only 4 wires to connect to behind the radio .

The quality is really good! I bought this for my 991 C2S (2012) which didn't have the Sport Chrono. Although this only added the clock function - it was fine for me. The original wiring harness didn't fit, as it was for a PCM 3.1, whereas I have a CDR 31. Customer Service was great and they had a new harness specially made for the CDR 31 and shipped to me. Everything is functioning perfectly now and I have a useful clock display in the middle of my dash, which looks identical to the original Sport Chrono!

The fit is good and it is easy to install but the biggest beef I have with it is that the beige color have now faded after just a few months. Not good for the Florida sun. Disappointed 😞

Installation needs some technical skills. Going live is plug & play. Awful pretty look. Good quality of panel and clock.

I’m totally satisfied with the quality and look of this item. My Porsche is Miami Blue with Red interior. The clock is the perfect shade of red. I highly recommend this item if you’re looking to add the sport chronograph look. Note my car does not have the chronograph package so the clock function is all I have.
