I feel that's a good purchase and overall happy with it: - relatively light (1kg empty for the big size) and thin. After 3 months use it has kept its shape as the front of the bag is quite rigid. I personally like the look of it not being too thick and was one of the reasons why I selected this bag. - roomy enough to put my laptop (15.6 in), laptop charger, mouse, various cables, headphones, umbrella (there's a convenient waterproof tube pocket), and then some. I like that there's two different zipped compartments with various pockets (plus a tiny one at the back for your valuables if you want). Also very convenient mini pocket on the strap to put your keys for example, which you can grab when bag's on your back without moving anything. - after 3 months use, seems relatively sturdy and pretty much the same as when just purchased although I've used it almost every work day. - I bought the bigger version as it was discounted at the time and cheaper than the regular version (about 50 quids) but I guess the regular version would have been as good for my needs (only 1 inch shorter and narrower). Straps length is easy to adjust when bag is on your back. Can't fault it so far, would recommend

I really was impressed with the backpack however, the only think that let me down was that it has a dent in it. Other than that this backpack is a top quality backpack and fulfils all my work and travel needs. Its a compartment galore type of backpack and is very useful. I unfortunately wasn't able to use it to give a better feedback. Awaiting for my new one and hopefully it arrives in shape and good condition as one would expect a new purchase to be :) Update: Replacement arrived but this time the dent in the hard shell was deeper than the previous one however their customer service representative was helpful and resolved the issue by sending out a replacement which was in good condition.
