Laura Geller I-care Waterproof Eyeliner (Pennywise)

I'm not a true red head per se, more a strawberry blonde who goes red-gold in the sun. Very fair skin. This eyeliner is perfect. It's not too harsh but is well-defining in appearance. Throw on a little taupe eye shadow and you've got the perfect start to a work or night-out look. My biggest complaint is that it does smear some over the course of the day. I would say this wears optimally for 8 casual/work hours and 6 for more active/stimulating events, like getting drinks, concerts, etc.

I found this not so smooth and creamy does not go on eyes easily have to go over the line many times. Iwill not purchase again. I am thinking of purchasing a liquid or gel eyeliner.

This didn't go on smoothly nor did it have staying power. I was very disappointed.

I have not worn lower lid eye liner for years due to oily eyes that resulted in raccoon-like eyes abour 3pm everyday. I have combination skin and it has been a problem for years. Recently i purchased this liner for my upper lids and after 12 hours the liner looked exactly the same. I decided to give it another try the next time with my lower lids. I could not believe it, the liner stayed put. No smudging after hours of wearing. I take it off with coconut oil. My new favorite toy.
