Quality kit that works.
The Wringer arrived promptly and was extemely well packaged. This is a very well finished and stoutly engineered bit of kit. It is in a different league from similar products. The photos do not do it justice. The level of resistance is finely adjustable due to the fine pitch thread on the thick stainless steel central rod. I bought it for physio for sore wrists and the exercises seem to have sorted that problem. I am have now moved on to strength training. There is enough adjustment to go from very light resistance to quite heavy - enough to turn your forearms to jelly if you are prepared to work your muscles to failure. The one point to note, is that the grips are quite wide. This is not a problem for average adult male hands but if you are 5'2" female with hands to match, the circumference may be a bit much. This product may seem a bit expensive but it is well worth the price. The company website will even sell you reasonably priced spares in the unlikely event that you need them, so you will not be left with a heavy ornament if you manage to wear something out. Nice to see a British firm getting the engineering and product back-up right.

Quality product that actually works
I have had this for over 2 years now. The product is quality. I have added my review as I noted several people have complained about the quality. I have not experienced such issues.Onto the usability, well, it has limited uses obviously. But, I bought this for my arms and wrists. For these areas, it works very well. You can get a very good burn in your arms after just 10 minutes. Also, you can exercise opposing upper limbs in the same motion, that is the best thing for me.I really think this product should be given much more respect. The price fluctuates, and whilst I do think it is expensive, I am not going to reduce my rating, as I knew the price when I bought it.Bottom line, this is a solid bit of kit, and you can get a noticeable difference in a few weeks, with just 10 minutes a day. But, you have to actually use it.

Great item
I have just received my wringer and it looks great and feels really solid. I’m not really a gym guy but when I do go i really enjoy forearm workouts and this wringer is something I’m going to keep picking up, damn my arms were hurting after a quick tryout. From what I’ve seen and tried so far I’m impressed. The price appears a bit high but when you get hold of it you can see why. 👍

Good but expensive.
I have suffered from tennis and golfers elbow for a number of years and have wasted a ton of money on products in an attempt to try and cure myself. The best products I have found so far are the theraband flexbar and hand resistance bands. Both have worked wonders as well as heavy hand grippers (although these have given me some minor issues with trigger finger but are ok providing you don't go to mad)The Wringer works incredibly well in terms of increasing grip strength and giving your forearms an all round workout. I have been able to increase my the workload in the few weeks that I have had it, and most definitely felt a great benefit to the strength and size of my forearms. It works in the same way as wrist rollers work only i find the Wringer to be easier to use. It allows you to increase the load and uses a stricter rom. However in terms of value for money I find it terribly overpriced. What is worrying is when you go on there website there is a number of spare parts for sale which leads me to believe that the Wringer isn't as durable as I had first hoped. Further more these spare parts are a touch overpriced to say the least (£2.95 for two felt washers!?) In the 4 weeks I have had this product I have managed to exhaust one washer and the replacement washer that comes with the product is well on its way out. So I now, having already forked over £70 have to go online and fork out £3 for 2 felt washers! It isn't exactly breaking the bank, but if you keep having to get these washers after wearing them out in a matter of weeks, it soon adds up.

Wonderful kit for developing superior wrist stability and grip strength.
This device OOZES superior quality from the moment you 1st see it through to actually using it.I was able to exhaust all of the muscles responsible for the different planes of movement the hands can do, by modifying he holding position for the Wringer. I wasn't able to exhaust those muscles using conventional exercises so the Wringer is absolutely suitable for developing wrist stability and grip, essential things for a Judo player like myself and others.

Broke easily/poor service
This item broke, the spring in the middle is loose and it is impossible to fix it. Very poor. Tried to contact the company but they haven't responded. Poor customer service, over priced and defective product. Don't buy

Disappointing poor quality product rubber bands on grip come off!
Not great quality given the price. I have used it once and the rubber bands on the grips twist and come off which is pretty poor given it’s supposed to test your grip strength. Save your money and get a wrist roller for a few quid or use the captains of crush grippers. I may ask for a refund. Very disappointed.

Expensive but seems to be worth it
For the list of components, this seems very expensive but for how it works, so far I think it's thoroughly worth it.I've only just started at the gym and was shown some grip strength exercises, this tool offered the same type of exercise so I thought I would give it a go, only used it a bit but even on the low settings, this is a really hard workout so I think it will get a lot of use out of meHopefully it will exercise all the right muscles, if so, it's worth every penny
