Great belt.
This belt is lightweight, sturdy, is easy to put on/adjust and offers excellent back/abdominal support for when I'm lifting. The velcro is pretty strong but basically just there to keep the tail out of the way. The buckle is what is holding it in place and does so without slipping or being difficult to tighten/ loosen. Quality and great price.

Solid choice. Could be a little smaller. I'm 5'11" and 165#s. I ordered a small and I still have to double the belt over a little but other than that it's great

Heavy duty
The belt is thick and well made. It holds firmly around my back when lifting weights. Easily adjustable.It is far better that than comparable belts in this price range.It is better quality than expected.

Medium fits perfect!
I’m 5’2, 160lbs with about a 33in waist. Medium fits perfectly, with lots room. Could have probably done a small bit I’m happy with medium. The pink is bright just like I expected! I wear for any movements, workouts where I just need added stability to get the lift. Easy to put on and remove. Would recommend 100%.
