Feel benifet for taking this, hair Looks shinier, nails are stronger and my skin looks good too, feel better in myself,im post menapausel but my hair was shedding, still get hot flushes though not as intense, I forget to take them every day which I should because I Feel calmer and no hot flushes, I've taken both starflower oil and evening primrose oil for years separately but I definitely find taking both together makes a HUGE difference especially while going through the menopause, I had breast cancer which put me into it slightly earlier than I probably would have been, wouldn't give me HRT so it's Been a struggle at times but I've definitely Found taking certain supplements especially Both oils together has really helped me enormously, highly recommend taking Both together 100 percent

These are wonderful, supposed to be good for the brain but also keep me looking younger than I am.

I am in my late 30s but have always suffered with PMT. Lately it’s been much much worse, to the point where I feel like I am on a rollercoaster and feel emotionally exhausted.
