Shockwaves Ultra Strong Rock and Hold Hair Gel Spray, 150 ml

A great product with a strong hold but easy to brush out at the end of the day.

Simply brilliant product. One of the best products out there. Have used for years and highly recommended.

My hairdresser advised me to stop using hairspray and try a gel spray as there was a terrible build up of residue in my hair,it was like glue and was never washing out properly so I’ve tried quite a few and so far I like this one best as I do have really soft fly away hair and need something strong to hold it in place.It does just that ,it sprays on easily ,dries quickly and lasts for hours. It combs out pretty good and washes out good too so I never have that build up of glue feeling any more. (Well pleased !) Though I’ve noticed if you spray too close to the hair or put too much on the same spot which we’re not supposed to do it makes the hair hard and crispy. I would certainly recommend giving it a go.its my best friend on windy days

This is my fav hairstyle product. Been using it for nearly 5/6 years - perfect for a hard hold but allows for re-styling without losing hold. Looks like this product has been discontinued by Shockwaves as its harder to find this product now which is a massive shame.

I’m a regular buyer of this product and have been for probably 10 plus years. It works well and it’s the best gel spray I’ve tried. Great hold and light almost like a hairspray (you can build it up if you want more of a ‘solid’ finish) but it’s perfect for up do’s, styling and never looks wet like other gel sprays I’ve used. I purchased from amazon whilst we were in lockdown (with various other products) and it was a good price and delivery was only a couple of days.

Good stuff use it all the time

I bought it to replace the VO5 one I had been using as I couldn't find that anywhere. It smells better than the VO5 one but is no better for hold. Admittedly anything has its work cut out with my hair. Maybe the Glued range would work, I'm yet to find a gel spray in it though. This dries very crispy on wet or dry hair if you don't use you fingers while it dries. Hair type; super fine, but lots of it & poker straight.
