This support is great for getting heat/cold where you need it. I don't think 'support' is the right word for it because that implies it provides ample compression to provide support. I didn't really find that to be the case unless you put it on pretty snug, but putting it on too snug restricted the flow of oxygen too much. Perhaps I just didn't dial it in quite right.In my mind, this support is all about getting hot/cold where you need it. That's a job it does exceedingly well. Because it is velcro-based you are able to get it right where it needs to go with just the right amount of pressure. The insert looks like it well hold up well through many uses, and it fits the retaining sleeve perfectly.This support has top notch craftsmanship, as I would have expected from a brand like Curad. I believe it will serve our family well for many years, and mishaps, to come.

This is a very nice back support. Very well made, and seems like it will hold up very well. Keeps me pain-free when working in the yard. Most velcro tends to look pretty rough after a lot of use, but this is some very unique velcro and I think it'll last a long time. I'm not sure how well the gel pad works; I don't really notice any difference, personally. One word of caution - the plastic "popsicle stick" supports in the back are in open-ended material casings. I've noticed that they sometime tend to push themselves out a bit. If you don't keep an eye on them, they could end up falling out.

This knee support works great for knee pain. I have developed some pain in my right knee over the past couple of years, probably arthritis, and after long days at the office and the long drive home my knee is usually killing me. This heat pad is just what I need to relieve the pain and get through the rest of my evening. I love that I can use the strap to hold the gel pack in place right on my knee where it is needed and still move about doing the things I need to, like making dinner or taking the kids to their evening activities. This device is awesome and I don't know why I went this long without it.

My husband threw his back out (old recurring injury) and had been hobbling around in pain and discomfort for over a week. He had been using an old Ace bandage for support (in addition to icing and resting). Since he started wearing this for support instead, he says it’s the best he’s felt. He said this product is “fantastic.” He said the removable pad really does heat up and retain heat, although he’s been primarily using it without the pad. The support band has one main large Velcro closure that you secure first, plus two smaller Velcro straps on the sides to tighten/customize the compression level. It works really well. Great design, great support, comfortable.

It is the most comfortable knee brace I have tried. Love that I can make it hot or cold

I got this because I have been working out more and my back pain due to muscle soreness was making every day a chore. I found this helpful in treating my mild back pain. This was super easy to use and effective. Overall pleased,

I love this brace, I had used the pull on sleeve type before but just could not get the right support. It was great that I did not have to pull it on, and was able to just wrap it around my knee. I am also able to adjust the tightness as needed without having to remove my socks and shoes.

Liked that this item fit. I'm a big gal and it fit properly. It's very well made and durable.
