I am utterly appalled by both the product and the seller. This has been, without a doubt, the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. I spent a whopping £369 on this item, only to find out it is completely useless and does not perform as advertised. It fails to deliver on any of its promises, making it a total waste of money. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to return the product, the seller had the audacity to lie to Amazon, claiming that the item was returned damaged. This is an outright falsehood. The product was returned in the exact condition I received it – defective but undamaged. Despite this, I only received a meager refund of £69, meaning they deceitfully pocketed £300 of my hard-earned money. I am extremely angry and upset by this entire experience. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable, and it’s shocking that Amazon allows such fraudulent behavior from sellers. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from this seller to think twice.
