I know there is controversy re fish oils but I take a teaspoon every day just to make sure as my diet is more omega 6 than 3. It tastes lemony and is nice to take.

this taste great, quality product with no noticeable side effects, the bottle is well packed, i accidentally dropped it and it didn't brokethe product looks quality and the taste is a mild lemon, i would give the product 10 starwill update later about the effects on health

I have a special needs child who has very dry skin, this helps and he is happy to take it.
